Here's how it works:

Crew (Soldier)

Building the perfect pizza(and having fun doing it) is the first step to building your career. Perfect your customer-service skills, learn to hand toss pizza and get ready to grow.

Drivers (Getaway Driver)

Delivering hand tossed perfection in a timely manner is in the hands of our drivers. Not only are you the face of Goodfellas away from the store, you are the carrier that represents us on the streets.

Kitchen Manager (Made Man)

Master dough and the oven, then start the next challenge! You are responsible for the quality and safety of the food we serve. You’ll manage food orders and inventory, and develop future kitchen managers.

Service Manager (Caporegime)

Now that you have mastered the kitchen, you are ready to hone your management skills and deliver the complete Goodfellas experience to our customers. Not only will you handle the training and scheduling of your employees, but you’ll also provide the inspiration, encouragement, and guidance for those who follow in your footsteps.

General Manager (UnderBoss)

Now that you have mastered the kitchen and service manager positions, the overall success of the restaurant is in your capable hands! You’ll manage business planning, recruiting staff development, and retention. You’ll also be in charge of promoting your team and guiding them along their career paths. While managing your own restaurant, you will (1) lead your team in successful day-to-day operations, (2) build sales and manage your budget, (3) provide exceptional customer service, and (4) oversee the training and development of your team.

Restaurateur (Boss, The Don, Godfather)

As Restaurateur you have a huge responsibility. You set the standard that all other managers strive for. You identify the strongest crews and train them to deliver the best customer experience. You focus on every aspect of the restaurant experience: food, service, and atmosphere. For you, no detail is too small to escape concern. This results in a restaurant that is exciting for crews and customers alike that is also financially successful.
